Scientifically proven way to keep your brain sharp and agile!

Cognitive decline is a normal and universal part of aging. As people age, their activity level typically declines, not just physically, but mentally as well. Information from the senses is less reliable and processed less well. The systems in the brain get "sluggish."  Even if people continue to be mentally active, it is usually in areas they have already mastered, and this will not improve other areas that experience decline.

Like a muscle, the brain deteriorates without appropriate exercise. When we don't give our brain the proper type and intensity of exercise, the result is less overall stimulation for the sensory, cognitive and motor systems.

What is the Brain Fitness Program?
  • A series of six exercises on your computer. Computer technology is presently the most precise means both of presenting accurate information to the brain and of responding to high frequency data input.  However, no previous computer experience is necessary to do the program.
  • These intensive, repetitive, and progressively challenging exercises  can improve the ability to accurately process signals (such as incoming verbal information), increase brain processing speed and stimulate the machinery to produce key brain chemicals to improve memory.
  • The exercises adjust to each individual's needs and performance.
  • You receive daily, continuous feedback on your progress.
  • Time requirement is only about an hour a day five days a week for a period of eight weeks.

“The program changed my life! I am at a whole new level of thinking and I absolutely love it! The program has sharpened my mental acuity. As I improved, I wanted to improve more. I don’t think I have ever been happier. And, the effect has lasted!”
—Merry West
“She’s more outgoing. She’s a better listener…she just seems more sure of herself… We laugh a lot more… She’s interested in life again.”
—George, speaking about his mother Nicholasa
